He is strong, he is brave, and his heart is big. Cannon recently celebrated his 3rd Birthday! I met Caleb, Cannon’s father, while serving aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt in 2020. In fact, Caleb was one of the first people I met on the ship. I was struck by his charisma and genuine kindness. Caleb and Sarah are OUR HEROES. They are BOY parents, just like us. We are humbled by their abilities to muster the courage, strength, and faith to face challenges that Jaclyn and I cannot even imagine. Sarah and Caleb’s newest addition, Finn, is only eight months old. Given the time and attention required to care for Cannon - which is undoubtedly the top priority-all income earned from Benny Backwards will go to support Cannon until he is healed, and the Pavlus family can move forward.
